What’s a challenge like in business? Tricres would probably say to you that there are challenges every single day. They are there to be overcome, surpassed, won, surmounted. A number of ways to define successfully accepting a challenge and ‘winning’.

A challenge could be something as small as getting your head around a spreadsheet pivot table. Or as massive as defining your 10-year business plan goals to investors in great detail.

No matter the business or the sector, every business faces challenges on a daily basis. Some hang in our background like a constant worry, building and causing stress. Others are just fickle decision making choices that our brains waver back and forth on.

Regardless of the type, they’re always there. In our face. How do we get into the right mindset to get past them or face them head-on fearlessly?

Challenges are a great thing, and if we didn’t have them we wouldn’t grow as individuals or as a business.

Everyone faced a massive unforeseen (well, except by scientists) challenge in the form of 2020 with Covid-19. A pandemic was always going to happen, we just didn’t know when it would happen for the first time in an industrialised society. A society used to doing what they want, when they want, how they want.

It was a wake-up call for many. A challenge we globally faced together. Nobody was immune and everyone was on an even level.

How do we face challenges here at Tricres? Read more in our posts to find out.
