Do I have to have business coaching experience before applying?

No, we are not restricting access to our Kick Ass Culture Online Business Coach and Consultant Training. What we do ask is that you have a proven track record of operating at a decision-making level in any size organisation.

For those existing coaches and consultants who want to join we look for at least five to ten years of experience leading in the SME or corporate space and who possess a demonstrable track record.

How does the selection process work?

We feel that it’s essential you share our company values. As a bold, impactful and direct company we seek others who can see and thrive with our purpose, values and vision.

Once you’ve passed our Case Study to be a Kick Ass Culture Business Coach, we’ll chat to you about your suitability to become a Tricres Licensed Coach.

How long does the training period last, and what is the minimum commitment?

To qualify as a Kick Ass Culture Business Coach you’ll need to pass our Case Study. The entire Tricres toolkit and methodology are covered on our learning platform and so you should expect formal training to finish within about 12 weeks. You can take longer if you want to.

Attend the monthly Supercharge Sessions live on Zoom with one of our Founders or Country Directors and accelerate your learning.

Our priority is to offer top training for business consultants to coach clients sucessfully.

Once you’ve passed and we agree its right for you, you’ll be invited to sign up and we’ll add your name and short bio with a link to your LinkedIn profile on our SEO maximised website.

Once I'm qualified can I walk away?

That is totally up to you! You have 2 options at your disposal.

Go your own way and use your learning with your clients. You cannot call yourself a Tricres Licensed Coach though and you MUST credit Tricres when you use our IP. [You cannot use the Tricres logo and CPD logo on any of your materials.]
Stick with us and become a Tricres Branded Licensed Coach. Become part of the growing Tricres family and benefit from:
- Having your short bio and link to LinkedIn on our SEO maximised website
- All Tricres branding for LI and other social media (optional)
- Join our growing LI Tricres page as an ’employee’ (optional)
- Benefit from monthly Supercharge Sessions live on Zoom
- Greater access to Rebecca for one to one coaching and support

That’s it folks, simple. We don’t take any % from you, everything is at a fixed annual fee of $299.

How much does it cost and how much can I earn?

Research shows that business coaches without a brand can earn between £125 and £260 an hour. Business coaches with a strong brand like Tricres behind them can earn between £550 and £1000 per hour. Our priority is to offer top training for business consultants to coach clients sucessfully.

These figures are for guidance and are not guaranteed. What you charge will depend on your local market and the size of the business you work with.

You get lifetime access to the materials and learning as well as the Supercharge Sessions. Ongoing support is also included for an investment of $6300 (online price from October 2025).

However, when you attend one of our Information Sessions, you benefit from the option to pay over 12 months with only a $99 deposit.

We then give you 14 days to access all the learning and see if it’s right for you. If you don’t think it’s right for within 14 days we refund your $99. Zero risk.

So, from September 2025, when you join our Intake Session it’s $99 deposit with 14 days to change your mind and then $339 a month for 12 months OR $3568 paid in one go saving you $500.
