Suzanne qualified as a chartered accountant before moving into Transformation consulting with IBM & Genpact, covering Finance, HR, Procurement & Shared Services & Outsourcing. She moved to WPP initially to deliver solutions she had designed and decided to stay in the industry, working in such companies as Pearson’s and SAB Miller before becoming an independent consultant and coach just under 10 years ago.

Suzanne’s focus has moved from the profit element of the valuation multiple to the more intangible areas that ensure a business will thrive and grow in value – Culture, strong & empowered management teams, clear processes and accountabilities and clearly articulated strategies.

A Little-Known Fact About Suzanne?

Although Suzanne regularly travels the world to support clients, she actually lives in a croft on Westray, an island with a population of only 600 people, and she and her son have a small pedigree flock of blue texels and local rare breed sheep.
