Harry is passionate about senior leadership development, creating a culturally positive environment that attracts, nurtures and retains talent for businesses on every scale. Effective communication is at the heart of what he does enabling him to assist companies from start-ups to massive corporates achieve and articulate their vision. He is a public speaker and presenter, motivator, and helps companies with their goal-setting.

As Managing Director of a rapidly scaling technology business, Harry oversaw the launch into four continents, including an annual $10m contract with one of the world’s largest real estate consultancies and multiple fundraising campaigns.

He managed a team of 100+ people, working directly with the co-Founders to pass on the day to day running of the business onto the senior leadership team. This is an area he is passionate about supporting businesses with, building the trust and accountability to enable managers to step up and ease the burden on Founders/CEOs.

The first 10 years of his career was in communications, advising at Board level on reputational issues, media profile and corporate communications from start ups to some of the world’s largest companies.

Harry has helped to articulate the vision of numerous businesses and coached experienced leaders to communicate it both internally and through external PR. Doing this effectively helps to engage employees, engender a collective sense of purpose and makes a business more appealing to its employees, customers and key stakeholders.

Even in a world where the true impact of AI is yet to take full effect, people still buy from people, particularly in B2B businesses. Harry is a vocal advocate of attracting, nurturing and retaining the best talent at your disposal.

I trained for a year as part of an ice hockey team built from scratch (only one of the squad knew how to skate!) to take on the Army in an exhibition match that raised over £30k for Help for Heroes.
