Areas of Expertise
Enrique’s areas of expertise are within the Healthcare, Human Resources, and Talent Leadership sectors along with broader skills that apply to a wider range of sectors such as Financial Services and Technological companies.
Looking to assist clients in the USA and globally, he loves to travel and variety is what he enjoys.
Background & Clientele
He credits his opportunities in life to a vibrant bi-cultural upbringing from his Mexican immigrant parents, growing up in Los Angeles, who insisted on great education while modelling hard work and providing the hands down, best Mexican food anywhere. Their love for seeing the work and immersing one in other cultures has been important in navigating through an increasingly multicultural workplace.
After starting university and working on an engineering degree, he then shifted his degree program into HR after beginning work as an engineer and then seeing what human resources could do for the company.
His prior work experience is extensive including Pfizer, which led to speciality roles with 3M, Washington Mutual, First American, and Liberty Mutual having responsibility for large-scale merger and acquisition, recruiting and training functions.
Later after a project with a large agricultural company with 30,000 employees within the US/Mexico/Portugal, Enrique could then see that consulting would be ideal for project-based work and use his experience with so many Fortune 500 companies under his belt. He enjoys the diversity of being able to work with different clients and utilising all of the different tools available.

Biggest Learn in Business?
Ideally to just ‘shut up and listen’, and to try and let companies know that everything can’t be tackled in one go. It takes steps and time to make change happen.
Something you might not know about Enrique?
Enrique went to school to repair aircraft, but now can’t even change the oil in his car! He says mechanical jobs are not his forte.
He also likes to travel adventurously by the seat of his pants, last minute jumping on a plane, including sleeping in his car if he needs to make it happen if he is compelled to go and see something.
